FAQ's
Can’t find your answer? Email us at [email protected] and we’ll reply within two working days.
Who Should Take an Online Course?
Our courses are for primary teachers at any class level who want to teach online safety and digital literacy with confidence. No technical background is needed.
How Do I Access My Course?
After you enrol, you’ll get an email with your login details. You can learn on any device, at any time that suits you within the course period.
Are the courses approved by the Department of Education and Youth for EPV days?
Yes. Each 20-hour course is approved for EPV days for primary teachers.
Until approved: We are applying for Department approval for summer [2027]. Register your interest and we’ll tell you as soon as it’s confirmed.
How many EPV days can I claim?
One course earns 3 days, two earn 4 days and three earn 5 days, which is the annual maximum. Please check the Department’s current circular, as the rules can change.
How are the courses structured?
Each course has five modules of about four hours. Each module has video lessons, readings, a discussion forum and an assignment, and the course ends with a short reflective assignment. The 20 hours are roughly 10 guided online hours and 10 hours of self-directed work in your own classroom.
What do I need to do to complete a course?
Finish all five modules, post at least twice in each module’s forum, complete each module’s assignment, and submit the final reflective assignment and your learning log. All 20 hours must be completed to receive a certificate.
Can I study at my own pace?
Yes. You can learn whenever it suits you between the first working day of July and courses close at 6pm on the last working day of August, so plan your hours.
Can I take more than one course?
Yes, but you complete them one after another, not at the same time. Buy a bundle and unlock the next course as soon as you’ve finished the last.
